I have owned a condominium in Daytona Beach Shores Florida since 1981 and am currently President of the Blue Surf Condominium Association, Inc. The Blue Surf is a midsized condominium with 51 owners.

We have a large parking lot recently renovated with beautiful pavers and a pool, and pavers on the ocean that span 170 feet facing the Atlantic Ocean. As an owner and board member since 1981, I am familiar with the extensive maintenance and upkeep of sanitation and the importance of cleanliness of an ocean-front condo.

The entire pool deck can be made sparkling clean in minutes, including the lounge chairs, top and bottom. Since buying and using Sagewash™ Sanitizer, no longer are we required to purchase and store expensive equipment, pressure washers, chemicals, including but not limited to bleach and other sanitizing and deodorizing products to keep the property sanitized, clean and odor free. These chemicals cause corrosion and can be toxic. No longer with Sagewash™ Sanitizer. You only need a garden hose and water!

Sagewash™ Sanitizer applies the minimum scientific dose of product to kill bacteria, algae, viruses, and a wide range of other pathogens, and virtually eliminates odor. Algae builds up on the pavers due to the porosity of the concrete is a huge problem. Before Sagewash™ Sanitizer, the Blue Surf would apply liquid chlorine, half water and half chlorine, and pressure wash with an expensive, loud machine, gas powered. This method is not worker friendly.

It is expensive, time consuming and costly from a maintenance standpoint. Our Maintenance man does not have to be given a punch list, and told to use Sagewash™ Sanitizer because it is so easy. Just apply, come back tomorrow and the concrete is white, complete algae free and clean. The same with pavers and the joints between brick driveways. This patented, EPA-registered product (environmentally and people friendly) is designed to release “just the perfect amount of product” to kill and sanitize, but to cause no residue or harm to person or property. Our pavers are sparkling white simply with the application of water and the product. The sun does the rest. On a daily basis the maintenance man can clean the entire pool area in one hour, including the edges of the pool, the dumpster storage areas, dumpsters themselves-all sanitized and odor free.

The concrete areas which used to be discolored are now white. The product soaks into the porosity of the concrete and the pavers and kills the algae, an amazing added plus, and no ants and bugs remain around the pool or areas sprayed with Sagewash™ Sanitizer.
